New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) has released is going to release result/ scorecard/ Marks detail/ Merit List of 1536 posts of Assistants in various department of written exam conducted on 17th , 18th & 24th  of January 2015 at various centres in all over the country. The result/scorecards/Marks details/ Merit List is expected to be released in the month of February 2015. Earlier Online Applications had invited through the notification provided on the official website and successfully completed the process of filling ONLINE applications for the Assistant Posts in the NIACL. Those candidates who had appeared in the online examination for the post of Assistants and waiting for their result can download their result on the direct link provided in the end of the post.

NIACL ASSISTANT EXAM 2017 – Exam Syllabus, Exam pattern and Mode of Selection/ Selection Process Discussion

The selection for the posts of NIACL Assistant will be based on the performance in written examination and interview. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) will be of qualifying nature. Candidates will have to qualify CPT.  
1st Stage – Written Examination
The NIACL Exam was conducted in April 2017. The NIACL Assistant EXAM 2017 was conducted by Online MODE.
In ONLINE Mode, the exam was entertained through filling of circles on Computer Generated Page containing information of answers which was selected by filling circle in it. There was no OMR sheet was filled by Blue/Black ball point pen. A rough blank sheet was issued for calculations/rough work in exam. This rough sheet must have been submitted to the duty officer in the end of the exam.
The Exam was available in bilingual languages- English & Hindi.
The exam was conducted an objective multiple choice question paper of 250 marks to be done within 2 hours or 120 minutes. The exam was consisted of four sections contains questions of English (50 Marks), Reasoning (50 Marks), General Awareness (50 marks) and Computer Knowledge (50 marks). The exam was a multiple choice question paper in which five options were provided out of which candidates need to choose one correct answer. There was negative marking for each wrong answer.

Qualified Candidates / Short Listed Candidates of Online written exam will be called for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

2nd Stage – Computer Proficiency Test & Interview
In Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), Typing speed of the short listed candidates will be checked at various centres. Criteria and CPT process will be defined by NIACL. CPT will be of qualifying nature and will not count in preparing Final Merit List of the candidates. Candidates will have to qualify CPT for Interview stage.
NIACL Assistant 2017 Interview Letter Detail – Remember Points
Call Letters to the short listed candidate for Interview will be sent by post/courier/email or online on the official website at the correspondence address mentioned in the online application submitted by the candidate.
It is mandatory for the candidates to bring Interview Letter to the venue of interview. Candidates must produce interview letter to enter into the interview hall. A candidate fails to produce interview letter at the time of interview will not attend interview.
Interview will be conducted in two steps.
Step 1 - Document Verification before Interview
All the selected candidates must reach the venue of Interview at least 20-30 minutes before the time mentioned (9:00 AM Sharp) on the interview letter of the candidate. Selected candidates are required to bring computer generated online application, result print, original documents (10th, 12th, UC DMC, Cast certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of all the documents to the venue of interview. 10th Certificate is used for Age Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e. PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License.  Candidates are advised to bring two extra colored recent passClerkrt size photograph (same as pasted on computer generated application form) required for application form or other document requirements. Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for seat available for reserve category.  If the candidate is an employer of any organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as photocopy of NOC (No Objection Certificate) with them.
List of Documents required in Interview
·         Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter
·         Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB)
·         Photo Identify Proof such as Adhar Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Voter Card etc.
·         Mark-sheets & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc.
·         Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
·         OBC Certificate must be in proper format & approved by authorized committee.
Step 2 – Interview
Interview will be conducted for 15 Marks.

How to download NIACL Assistant Final Result/ Scorecard / Exam Marks 2016-17

Click on the direct link ‘Check NIACL Assistant Scorecard here’ given above. The NIACL Scorecard page will be displayed on your computer screen entitled ‘RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANTS – 2016’. Enter your roll number and password to get your result. Enter answer of security question to prevent spam on the page. Click on the submit button.
