CG Vyapam, Government of Chhattisgarh has released examination schedule / examination
calender for year 2015 on the official website for various entrance examination
2015 i.e. PET PPHT BAMS B. Sc. (Nursing) PPT PAT Pre B. Ed. Pre D. Ed. PMT BPT
Pre MCA. Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur has also released
online application notification dates to release advertisement on official
website for these examinations along with the date of examination. The online
admit cards will be released 10-15 days before the date of examination
mentioned against name of examination.
. It is compulsory for all candidates to bring admit card along with
original identity proof to appear in written examination. NO candidate will be
allowed to enter into the examination hall without Admit Card for
respective Entrance Exam

The online
application for S. No. 1-6 will be available from 10th March 2015 to
25th March 2015 and online application for S. No. 7, 8, 10, 11 will
be available from 27th March 2015 to 11th April 2015. The
online application for S. No. 9 will be available from 13th April 2015
to 28th April 2015.
IMPORTANT
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS – MUST READ BEFORE APPLY ONLINE
·
Candidates
are required to have a valid / active e-mail id to apply for the
online application.
·
You
must provide your phone no. currently in use for further communications about
the exam schedule, admit cards or result information.
·
The important information about the exam will
be sent to your prescribed mail or your mobile no.
·
Admit Card will be the key to get appear in the
examination center.
·
Candidate must take printout of the computer generated
online application for the use of future requirement. The application contains
information about Registration ID, Password or Date of Birth which will help
you to login to check the status of your application progress.
·
Candidates must keep in mind that multiple applications
to apply for the same post will be rejected.
·
The
candidates called for the written exam / personal interview will
have to appear at the respective venues at their own cost. Organization will not
provide TA / HA under any circumstances.
·
Candidates
willing to work anywhere in India should only apply.
·
No request for change of test center / date / session for
examination
shall be entertained.
·
Candidates
are required to apply only through online mode. Any other form of
application is not permissible.
·
Canvassing in any form will subject to
disqualification.
·
At
the time of personal interview candidates have to produce original
certificates as well as attested copies of their certificates in support of
their eligibility, failing which their candidature will be rejected.
·
Candidates
are advised to register well before the end date of online application to
avoid the last minute rush when there is a possibility of disconnection
/ inability / failure to log on the Organizations website on account of heavy
load on internet.
·
Candidates
called for the personal interview will be required to produce all
original documents relating to age and educational qualification.
Before
applying, applicants are advised to read the eligibility criteria and ensure
that they fulfill the stipulated eligibility criteria.
HOW
TO APPLY:
a)
Go to the application website:
·
Go
to the ‘careers‟ page of the official website.
·
Click
on the ‘Download the advertisement‟ and carefully read the detailed
Advertisement.
·
Click
on the ‘Apply Online’ link to register.
b)
For new Application –
·
Click
on the ‘Apply ONLINE’ Link which appears on the screen.
·
This
will open the first page of the new Application.
c)
Fill the first page of the Application
·
Fill
the basic details such as Name, Mobile No, Email Id, Gender, Date of Birth and
Qualification as required in the form.
·
Check them carefully before pressing the „submit‟ link
because you will not be permitted to change these basic details in the application
later.
d)
‘Registration Completed‟ mail / SMS will be sent to your registered email id
and mobile number with the Application Number.
This
Application Number & Password will allow you to Login further to complete
your registration / print registration slip either now or before the Last Date
of Submission of Application.
e)
Login again
·
On
the screen shown, press the “Login” button.
·
You
will be shown a link which will ask you to Login again.
·
Proceed
with Login procedure by using the Application ID and Password, which will open
the second page of the Application Form.
f)
Filling of details in the subsequent pages
·
Fill
up all the required information on the screens (which are in fact the
subsequent tabs of the on-line form) with personal identification details, etc.
·
Candidates
should take utmost care and furnish the correct details while filling in the
on-line application.
g)
Please confirm all the details entered by you before clicking the “SUBMIT”
Button or else go back to edit the details.
ONCE
THE DETAILS ARE SUBMITTED HERE, NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AT SUBSEQUENT
STAGES.
Step
2 - UPLOADING OF PHOTO AND SIGNATURE:
a)
UPLOAD OF PHOTOGRAPH:
·
Photograph
must be a recent passport size colour picture.
·
Make
sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-colored, preferably
white back ground, and has no harsh shadows.
·
If
you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be
clearly seen. Also, ensure that both ears are visible in the picture. Caps, hats
and dark glasses are not acceptable.
·
Religious
headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
online admit
cards for the written examination for a total of 71 posts of Drug Inspector and
Sample Assistants which is scheduled on 15th March 2015 &
for a total of 71 posts of Food Security Officers which is scheduled on 29th March 2015 at various centres in all over the state. Candidates are required to download Online Admit cards
for written examination. It is mandatory
to produce admit cards before getting entry into the examination hall. No
candidate will be permitted to appear in the examination without admit cards.
The admit card will be checked along with valid photo identity proof of the
candidates at the venue of written examination by duty officers. Candidates are
advised to reach at the venue 20-30 minutes before the exam time. Late coming
candidates at the venue of examination centres will not be allowed to appear in
written examination. Earlier
Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB) had released
latest notification advertised on the official website for online
application from 12th February 2015 to 26th February 2015
for a total 142 posts of Food Security Officers, Drug Inspector and
Sample Assistant. A huge numbers of candidates had applied for these
posts and waiting for released of Admit cards for written examination. Those
candidates who had applied and waiting for online admit cards/ call letters can
download their admit card from the direct link provided in the end of the
posts.

Interview
Letter to attend Interview of APSC Recruitment 2013
Selection will be on the basis of performance in written
examination and personal Interview. A Merit List will be prepared based on the
performance and released on the official website of APSC. Call Letters for
Interview will be sent by post/courier at the correspondence address mentioned
in the online application submitted by the candidate. It is mandatory for the
candidates to bring Interview Letter to the venue of interview. Candidates must
produce interview letter to enter into the interview hall. A
candidate fails to produce interview letter at the time of interview will not
attend interview.
The Interview will be conducted for 200
Marks.
Documents
Verification Requirement of Personal Interview
All the selected candidates must reach the venue of Interview at least 20-30
minutes before the time mentioned (i.e. 9:00 AM Sharp) on the
interview letter of the candidate. Selected candidates are required to bring
computer generated online application, result print,
original documents (10th, 12th, UC DMC, Cast
certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of all the
documents to the venue of interview. 10th Certificate is used for Age
Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e.
PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License. Candidates are advised to bring two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form) required for application form or other document
requirements. Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category. If the candidate is an employer of any
organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as photocopy of NOC
(No Objection Certificate) with them.

original document required for document verification before the commencement of
