Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited, a very well-known and totally technology driven private
sector bank had
released notification/ advertisement in which online applications are invited for
posts of Junior Officers for pan India operations. The online application has started from 01st April 2015. The last date for
online application is 25th April 2015. The candidates who had
completed from eligible candidates i.e. Graduates who secured minimum of 50%
passed in second class and studied in regular college affiliated to any
recognized university (10+2+3 or equivalent pattern) with computer knowledge for
these posts. The candidates must note that only online mode for application is
available. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The Final
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of performance in written
examination and personal interview.
1st
Stage – Written Examination
The Written Exam will be conducted in May
2015. The Written EXAM will be conducted by ONLINE MODE.
In ONLINE Mode, the exam will be entertained through filling of circles
on Computer Generated Page containing information of answers which will be
selected by filling circle in it. NO OMR sheet will be
filled by Blue/Black ball point pen. Rough blank sheet
will be issued for calculations/rough work in exam.

The exam will be a multiple
choice question paper in which five options were provided out of
which candidates need to choose one correct answer. Negative Marking of 1/4th
to each wrong answer will be awarded to candidates. The total time duration for
written examination will be 2 hours or 120 minutes.
2nd
Stage – Personal Interview
The qualified candidates will be called
for personal interview of the candidates. The personal interview will be
conducted with original document verification of the candidates at the venue of
personal interview.

certificate –If applicable etc.)
4. One set of
self-attested of all the documents to the venue of interview.

proof i.e. PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License.
7. Two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form) required for application form or other document
requirements.
8. Caste/PWD/EXS
certificate to claim for seat available for reserve category.
9. NOC
(No Objection Certificate) – If employer
Final Stage - xAPPOINTMENT &
EMOLUMENTS:
The selected candidates will be recruited on CTC basis with the annual
package starts `.3.50 lacs and will be on probation for a period of two years.
