The final selection
process for Haryana Roadways Conductor posts is discussed as follows. Eligible

Selection Criteria for recruitment of conductors under
Outsourcing Policy Part-II is given below:-

Matric 100 A candidate
scoring 68.4% will get 68.4 marks out of 100 marks

10+2/ITI/Diploma or
equivalent 20 A candidate scoring 70% will get 14 out of 20 marks
·
3 Graduation or
equivalent 20 A candidate scoring 70% will get 14 out of 20 marks
·
4 Post Graduation or
equivalent 20 A candidate scoring 70% will get 14 out of 20 marks

The engagement will be on contract basis for 3
months.
·
Applicants are required to attach self-attested
photocopies of document has an advertisement with application form.
