Uttar Pradesh
Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released Final Result/Interview
Result/ List of Selected candidates based on the performance of candidates in
written examination held on 02nd November 2014 and interview conducted
from 18th December 2014 to 28th January 2015 for the
posts of Food Safety officers (FSO). A total of 1766 candidates had appeared in
the interview out of which a total 430 candidates has selected for the posts of
Food Safety Officers (FSO). Earlier a total of 50329 candidates had applied for
FSO Posts out of which 29372 candidates had appeared in the exam. The written
exam was conducted on 02nd November 2014 at various centres in all
over the state. Those candidates who appeared in the interview and waiting
for Final List of Selected candidates/ Interview Result/ Final Result
for the post of Food Safety officers can check/download their Final result from
the direct link provided in the end of the post. The provisional selected
candidates must produce their required document to UPPSC Board till 28th
February 2015 other their selection will be cancelled.

List of
Document to be needed at the time of getting appointment letter
Candidates are advised to bring the
list of document at the time of getting appointment letter from authority of
UPBSE. Candidate may have to deposit Photocopies of the documents provided in the list
below:

10th , 12th , Graduation DMC
·
Age proof like school leaving certificate or any
other
·
Photo identity proof like Pan Card, Voter Card ID
etc.
·
Final Result Merit List Copy
·
Address proof i.e. Ration Card, Aadhar
Card, Voter card or Driving License.
·
Two extra colored recent passport size
photograph (same as pasted on computer generated application form)
·
Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category.
·
Any other Relevant document that candidate mentioned
at the time of application for the posts
