GSSSB Bin Sachivalaya Appointment Letter / Joining Date
The Finally Selected Candidates for these posts should bring and deposit the list of document which is provided below at the time of receiving appointment letter from the authority. The appointment Letter will contain the date of joining and reporting time along with venue of appointment. The candidate will have to report at the venue mentioned in the appointment letter on the fixed date.
Candidates are required to bring
photocopy of various documents at the time of getting appointment letter /
Joining dates i.e. 10th , 12th , Graduation DMC,
Age proof like school leaving certificate or any other, Photo identity proof
like Pan Card (Specially), Voter Card ID etc., Final Result Merit List Copy,
Service Agreement (Duly Filled & Signed), National Pension Scheme Form (NPS
Form- duly filled & signed), Address proof i.e. Ration Card, Aadhar
Card, PAN Card, Voter card or Driving License. Two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form), Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category and any other Relevant
document that candidate mentioned at the time of application for these posts

Gujarat Subordinate
Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar
has released result of computer proficiency test (CPT) Part 2 for total of 200
vacant posts of Office Assistants against the advertisement no. 39/2014-15 on
the official website of GSSSB. The list of short listed candidates who has
qualified for CPT Part 2 is released in which a total of 616 candidates have qualified
the examination which was held on 04th January 2015. Earlier GSSSB
had released advertisement notification for 200 posts of assistants in various
departments which were required to apply online on or before 18th
October 2014. A huge numbers of 12th pass/ equivalent candidates had
applied for the posts. Those candidates who had appeared in Computer
Proficiency Test (CPT) Part 2 can download their result from the direct link
provided in the end of the posts.

GSSSB Assistant Exam 2014-15 – Exam
Syllabus, Exam Pattern & Selection Process
The Final Selection is to be done on merit
basis based on performance in written examination and CPT. There will be NO
INTERVIEW for the final selection of GSSSB Assistants.
1st Stage - Written
Examination
The exam was conducted by Pen MODE.
Paper was of multiple choice questions (MCQ) of 200 marks given in Paper 1
& Paper 2 in which question contained various question to check mental
ability of examination. In exam four options were provided to choose one right
answer among them. The total time for each examination was 90 minutes.
2nd
Stage – Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
The short listed candidate was called
for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). A typing test was conducted to check the typing
ability and accuracy on computer typing for Gujrati and English Language words
per minutes.
Now the short listed candidates based
on the performance in CPT will go for document verification stage.

3rd
Stage - Documents Verification Requirement
Selected candidates are required to bring computer generated online
application, result print, original documents (10th, 12th,
UC DMC, Cast certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of
all the documents to the venue of interview. 10th Certificate is
used for Age Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e. PAN
Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License. Candidates are advised to bring two extra
colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer generated
application form) required for application form or other document requirements.
Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for seat available for
reserve category. If the candidate is an
employer of any organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as
photocopy of NOC (No Objection Certificate) with them.
