Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) will release interview letter on 23rd March 2015 on official website for interview which is scheduled (district wise) on various dates in the month of April 2015 for a total of 1536
posts of Assistants in various departments in various states i.e. Andhra
Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Goa,
Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka,
Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland,
Odisha, Punjab, Puducherry, Andaman Nicobar (Port Blair), Rajashtan, Tamilnadu,
Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal. The date, time & venue of interview are mentioned in interview

About NIACL
Assistant Exam 2015 – Exam Syllabus, Exam pattern and Mode of Selection/
Selection Process Discussion
The selection
for the posts of NIACL Assistant will be based on the performance in written
examination and interview. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) will be of
qualifying nature. Candidates will have to qualify CPT.
1st Stage – Written Examination
The NIACL Exam was conducted on 17th,
18th and 24th of January 2015. The NIACL Assistant EXAM 2015 was conducted by Online
MODE. In ONLINE Mode, the
exam was entertained through filling of circles on Computer Generated Page
containing information of answers which was selected by filling circle in it.
There was no OMR sheet was to be filled by Blue/Black ball point pen.
A rough blank sheet was issued for calculations/rough work in
exam. This rough sheet must have been submitted to the duty officer in the
end of the exam. The Exam was available in bilingual languages- English
& Hindi. The exam was conducted an objective multiple choice question
paper of 250 marks to be done within 2 hours or 120 minutes.
The exam was consisted of four sections
contains questions of English
(50 Marks), Reasoning (50 Marks), General Awareness (50 marks) and Computer
Knowledge (50 marks). The exam was a multiple choice question paper
in which five options were provided out of which candidates need to
choose one correct answer. There was negative marking for each wrong answer.
Qualified Candidates / Short Listed Candidates
of Online written exam are called for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)/ Personal
Interview which are schedule on Various dates in the month of April 2015.
2nd Stage – Computer Proficiency Test &
Interview
In Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), Typing speed of the short listed
candidates will be checked at various centres. Criteria and CPT process will be
defined by NIACL. CPT will be of qualifying nature and will not count in
preparing Final Merit List of the candidates. Candidates will have to qualify
CPT for Interview stage.
NIACL Assistant 2015 Interview Letter Detail – Remember
Points
Call Letters to the short listed candidate for Interview will be available
on 23rd March 2015 online on the official website at the
correspondence address mentioned in the online application submitted by the
candidate.
It is mandatory for the candidates to bring Interview Letter to the venue
of interview. Candidates must produce interview letter to enter into the
interview hall. A candidate fails to produce interview
letter at the time of interview will not attend interview.
Interview will
be conducted in two steps.
Step
1 - Document Verification before Interview
All the selected candidates must reach the venue of Interview at least 20-30
minutes before the time mentioned (9:00 AM Sharp) on the interview letter of the
candidate. Selected candidates are required to bring computer generated online
application, result print, original documents (10th,
12th, UC DMC, Cast certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of
self-attested of all the documents to the venue of interview. 10th
Certificate is used for Age Proof. Candidate
must bring at least one Address proof i.e. PAN Card, Ration
Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License. Candidates are advised to bring two
extra colored recent passClerkrt size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form) required for application form or other document
requirements. Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category. If the candidate is an employer of any
organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as photocopy of NOC
(No Objection Certificate) with them.

the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB)

Photo Identify Proof such as Adhar Card, Driving
License, Pan Card, Voter Card etc.
·
Mark-sheets & certificates for Graduation or
equivalent qualification etc.
·
Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority
in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC
/ ST / OBC category candidates.
·
OBC Certificate must be in proper
format & approved by authorized committee.
Step 2 – Interview
Interview will be conducted for 15 Marks.
