Insurance Company Limited (AIC) has released Final result on 06th
April 2015 on official website based on the performance in online written
examination and personal interview of the eligible candidates for 38 posts of
Administrative Officers Scale I in specialized discipline of Agriculture,
Information Technology, Finance, Legal, Statistics and Generalist at the
various centres in all over India. The written examination was conducted on 13th
February 2015 and interview was held for the qualified candidates from 25th
March 2015 to 27th March 2015 at YWCA of Delhi, Blue Triangle Family
Hostel, Ashoka Road, New Delhi - 110001 (Landmark - Backside of Parliament
Street Police Station).
AIC AO Final Result 2015 – Submission of
Medical Examination
AIC has declared
the discipline-wise list of candidates provisionally selected for appointment
to the post of Administrative Officer (Scale I), subject to satisfactory
clearance of medical examination, by a qualified medical practitioner,
empanelled with LIC/any Public Sector General Insurance Company. Candidates are advised to submit
the confidential medical examination report obtained in a sealed envelope from
the medical practitioner, along with personal references from two respectable
persons, not related to the candidate, as per the format, link of which is
provided separately, through speed post/reputed courier, so as to reach, , the
Dy. General Manager (Personnel), Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd.,
Head Office, 21st Floor, Ambadeep Building, 14 Kasturba Gandhi Marg,
New Delhi 110001, on or before 22nd April 2015.

released notification advertised for 38 posts of Administrative officers Scale
I in various disciplines for which online application was invited from 09th
January 2015 to 15th January 2015 on the official website. A huge

About AIC AO Exam 2015 – Exam
Syllabus, Exam Pattern & Mode of Selection
The Final Selection of the candidates will be based on performance in
online test (written examination) and personal interview.
1st Stage – Written Examination
(Objective & Desciptive)
The AIC AO Exam was conducted in
the month of February 2015 by Online MODE. The written Examination was conducted
in two parts.
The written exam was provided in
bilingual language i.e. Hindi and English.
Part I - Objective Written Exam for AIC AO Scale I
– This Exam was of qualifying nature & marks will be counted to prepare
Final Merit List of the short listed Candidates.
In ONLINE Mode, No OMR sheet was filled by Blue/Black ball
point pen. Answers were chosen on the computer through clicking left
click of mouse. The candidates were banned to use keyboard in the exam. All the
information/ answer were provided online by mouse click. The Computer was reserved
for all the applied candidates and was kept reserved even absent of candidates.
AIC AO Exam was an objective /multiple choice question paper consisted
of various sections i.e. Reasoning (50 questions of 50 marks), English Language (50
questions of 50 marks), General Awareness (50 questions of 50 marks) and
Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions of 50 marks). The exam was a multiple
choice question paper containing 200 questions of 200 marks in which
five options were provided out of which candidates needed to choose one
correct answer. The time duration of exam was of 2 hours or 120
minutes. There was negative marking of 1/4th allotted to each
wrong answer.
Part II – Descriptive Written Exam for AIC AO
Scale I – Descriptive Examination of qualifying
nature only and marks were not considered
to prepare Final Merit List of short Listed Candidates
The Descriptive Exam was conducted 10
minute after completion of Objective written Exam. The Descriptive Exam was of 30
minutes containing 3 questions only. The Descriptive Exam was conducted
ONLINE. The questions were provided on the computer and answer sheet was provided
manually to each candidates. The answers were provided by writing answer on
answer sheet by Hand. The descriptive test consisted of writing essay,
letter, precis etc.
2nd Stage – Personal Interview
A Cut off Marks / Merit List has been prepared
to call short Listed candidates (based on the performance in written
examination only) for personal interview. The interview will be conducted by
the AIC Panel/Officers from 25th March 2015 to 27th March
2015 at YWCA of Delhi, Blue Triangle Family Hostel, Ashoka Road, New Delhi -
110001 (Landmark - Backside of Parliament Street Police Station). Interview
Letters can be released official website or may be sent by Registered Post/
Speed Post to these shortlisted candidates.
The provisionally Selected candidates
are required to be submit confidential medical examination report by post to the
Dy. General Manager (Personnel), Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd.,
Head Office, 21st Floor, Ambadeep Building, 14 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi
110001, on or before 22nd April 2015.
The Finally Selected Candidates based
on the performance in interview and written exam will be called for getting appointment
letter. will be called for document verification of the candidates. Candidates
who fall within the number of vacancies in the merit list shall be considered
for appointment. In the document verification stage, original document of
candidates will be checked out.
Next Stage
– Appointment Letter/ Joining Date
The Finally
Selected Candidates for these posts should bring and deposit the list of
document which is provided below at the time of receiving appointment letter
from the authority. The appointment
Letter will contain the date of joining and reporting time along with venue of
appointment. The candidate will have to report at the venue mentioned in the
appointment letter on the fixed date.
Candidates are required to bring
photocopy of various documents at the time of getting appointment letter /
Joining dates i.e. 10th , 12th , Graduation DMC,
Age proof like school leaving certificate or any other, Photo identity proof
like Pan Card (Specially), Voter Card ID etc., Final Result Merit List Copy,
Service Agreement (Duly Filled & Signed), National Pension Scheme Form (NPS
Form- duly filled & signed), Address proof i.e. Ration Card, Aadhar
Card, PAN Card, Voter card or Driving License. Two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form), Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category and any other Relevant
document that candidate mentioned at the time of application for these posts.
