UP ITI 2nd Seat Allotment List Released now.

The exact schedule will be released as the information brochure uploaded by the department. The candidates are required to be prepared for the counseling in all respect such as document verification and selection of their choice in admission to NCVT / SCVT College based on the priority.
UP ITI Counseling Process 2018 Tentative Schedule - Reporting date at allotted institute (for 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Counseling)-
  • Timing - from 09:30am to 04:30pm. 
  • Two sets of photocopies of all original documents 
  • Four Set of Passport size photograph
  • Printout of Online Application form, 
  • Allotment letter &  Copy of Result

  1. Choose ITI trade carefully. No change will be accepted after submission of application form.

 UP ITI Counseling Process 2022 Admission Process

UP ITI Counseling Process 2018 Choice Filling for Trade / Institute/ Admission - A candidates can choice upto 10 courses to be offered by VPPUP. You can apply for three Janpad in 6 Colleges or institute depending upon the priority.
UP ITI Counseling Process 2018 Document Verification –
All educational, caste certificate and applications will be checked at the time of counseling along with a set of photocopy of all essential documents. A self-attested copy of these documents will be submitted with three to four recent passport size photograph.
The candidates are required to fill total marks (calculated from each subject CGPA multiplying by Equivalent grade point) as well as CGPA in the online application form.
Based on the marks secured by the candidates in academic education, UP ITI Merit list 2018 for each category will be released on the basis of which the shortlisted candidates will be called for 4-stage of counseling for getting admission in UP ITI.
In case candidates do not find admission in any of 1st 2nd 3rd Counseling process, the 4th Counseling will be held for Freeze and Float candidates.

UP ITI Counseling Process - 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Counseling Seat Allotment Admission Process 

UP ITI 1st Counseling Seat Allotment Process –
  1. UP ITI merit list will be prepared institute wise, trade wise, marks wise and category wise of the candidates to be called for UP ITI 1st counseling process. The seat allotment will be based on the list released by VPPUP.
  2. Two separate lists for Group A and Group B will be released for UP ITI Merit List 2018. In case, any seat is distributing to Group A then Group B will be not be considered for the process.
  3. The seat allotted will be made on the basis of merit number provided to the candidates in the UP ITI Merit List. The admission will be made in any of six institute (SCVT NCVT) choosen by the candidates. 
  4. About 4 times candidates than the seat vacant (left) in the institute will take part in UP ITI 1st Counseling Process.
  5. In case candidates get seat allotment in the 1st counseling and do not report to the allotted institute, the seat will be considered as vacant and candidates will be allowed to attend 2nd, 3rd and 4th counseling. 
  6. The candidate can cancel the allotted seat at the reporting institute if he/she is not willing to get admission in the allotted college / institute. So that he/she can be able to attend the further counseling process.
UP ITI 2nd Counseling Seat Allotment Process –
  • Those candidates who have taken part in 1st Counseling will not be allowed to attend the 2nd counseling process. Those candidates who have got admission in the 1st counseling will be offered new seats for change or modification in trade or institute. 
  • UP ITI Merit List 2018 2nd Cut Off List will be released on official website. Those candidates who are found eligible to attend UP ITI 2nd counseling process will be sent SMS on their mobile  or will be informed through publishing Vigyapti (Advertisement/ Notice in the newspaper).
  • The eligible candidates candidates will be given 6-days for reporting to the allotted institute. 
  • UP ITI 1st Counseling candidates will be given chance for admission to new course/ institute and they are not required to deposit admission fee in the 2nd counseling process.
  • In the 2nd counseling process, those who do not report to the allotted college for admission will not considered for 3rd counseling. They will be sorted out to the counseling process and their seat will be declared as left and will be considered as vacant (left) for new admission in VPPUP ITI.
UP ITI 3rd Counseling Seat Allotment Process –
  •  About four times candidates than vacant seats will be called 3rd Counseling. 
  • This process may take five days for completion. 
  • The counseling dates and choice registration information will be released in the newspaper via Vigyapti (Advertisement). 
  • The Counseling process will be completed within 4 days after the registration and candidates will be given 5 days for reporting to the allotted institute. 
  • Those candidates who have not allotted seats in 1st and 2nd counseling may be considered in 3rd Counseling process. 
  • The left over seats will be considered for filling in this counseling process. 
UP ITI 4th Counseling Seat Allotment Process –
  • The online registration of the candidates will be made within 7 days after the advertisement. 
  • New registered candidates will have to report the allotted college within three days with all original documents and a set of self attested copy. 
  • UP Merit List 2018 for Group A & Group B will be released separately. 
  • The seat allotment process may take 4 days and selected candidates will be given 5 days for reporting to allotted college/ institute.

1. Go to the official website.
2. Click on the link given as 'UP ITI Counseling Admission.
3. Fill the trade and institute name as per your choice.
4. Lock the choice and take printout of the registration form. 
Then you are required to wait for the massage to be sent by VPPUP for participating in Admission of ITI 2018-19.
