The final selection
process for Army HQ Officer will be comprised of two steps or stages which need
to be qualified for final appointment joining of the candidate. This stages are

Army HQ Officer Admit

candidates. It is mandatory to produce printout of online admit card at the

have to pass Police Verification for their final selection.
Document verification
(a) Application Form IAF (TA)-9
(b) All educational qualification
certificates (Matric onwards).
(c) Latest physical fitness
certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor.
(d) Identity proof with
photographs (Voter ID/PAN Card/ Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving license etc).
(e) Domicile/ Residential proof.
(f) Certificate for proof of age
(Matric/ Senior Secondary mark sheet & certificate for verification of date
of birth).
(g) Service certificate by
candidates employed in Central Govt/ Union Territory/ State/Semi Govt/ Private
Sector Authenticated by Head Office along with No Objection Certificate by the
department as per format given at Para 14 (a) below.
(h) Self-employed candidates are
required to submit an Affidavit on Non-Judicial stamp paper of minimum value
duly attested stating nature of employment and annual income along with photo PAN
card and self-certified character certificate.
(j) Ex Service Officers whose
names vary in documents should submit Gazette notification of India/ State
showing the correct name duly supported by newspaper cuttings.
(k) Release Order.
(l) Release Medical Board
Proceedings.
(m) Latest income proof from the
appropriate authority (i.e. Income Tax Revenue Department / Magistrate /
Employer).
(n) PAN Card.
(o) Aadhar Card.
(p) Certificates / Reports of all
Courses.
(q) Discharge / Service
Particular Booklet.
(r) Latest Income Tax Return
(ITR) filed.
