Eligibility (Who can apply for Haryana Saksham Yuva Scheme/ Yojna

·         12th Regular Passed – Not passed from Open Board only Regular candidates

·         Any Graduate Regular Passed- No Distance Education pass

·         Any Post Graduate Regular Passed- No Distance Education pass

Age Limit (No relaxation in Age)

For 12th pass – 18 to 35 years

For UG / PG pass – 21 to 35 years

Condition before applying for Haryana Sakshan Yuva Scheme

A candidate must be registered with employment exchange and must have employment ID Card.

The candidate must be resident of Haryana Only.

Family ID must be available.

 

Allowances (Money) for Haryana Sakshan Yuva Scheme

Allowance when you are unemployed (before getting Saksham Job)-

  • For 12th pass- Rs. 900/-
  • For Graduate pass- Rs. 1500/-
  • For Post Graduate pass- Rs. 3000/-

Allowance when you work in Haryana Saksham Yuva Scheme-

  • For 12th pass - Rs. 6900/-
  • For Graduate pass: Rs. 7500/-
  • For Post Graduate pass: Rs. 9000/-

Documents Required Details

Any Documents -

  • Ration Card
  • Qualification Certificates (All Mark sheets)
  • Passport Size Photo
  • Haryana Residence Certificate (Domicile)
  • Family ID
  • Employment Identity Card (Which to be filled from hrex.gov.in website)
  • Category Certificate (If Reserved candidates)
  • Bank Account Passbook
  • Aadhar Card

Note – No need of income certificate. Your family ID income will be taken into consideration as Income certificate by the official.

 

File Submission Process

·         File Submission is required for the candidates to the District Collector office of the city. You are required to personally visit the office with all original documents along with two sets of photocopy of all the original documents.

·         You need to have one self-declaration certificate duly filled and signed by the candidate.

·         The submission of Haryana Saksham Yuva Scheme online form must be made to the same district where he/she wants to work for the scheme.

·         For e.g. you are living Jhajjar and want to work in Panipat. Then your Haryana Saksham Yuva Scheme documents will be submitted to DC Office, Panipat not Jhajjar.

 

Rejected or Revision –

Make sure before going to fill this form that your all detail is correct. Any mistake will generate a rejection or revision for 3 months. You can appeal to make the correction which may be done within 3 months delay.
