The final selection

comprised of four steps or stages which need to be qualified for final
appointment joining of the candidate. This stages are discussed as -

The qualified candidates of UPSC Exam

Requirement of Interview
All the selected candidates must reach the venue of Interview at least 20-30
minutes before the time mentioned on the interview letter of the candidate. Selected
candidates are required to bring computer generated online application,
result print, original documents (10th, 12th, UC DMC, Cast
certificate –If applicable etc.) and one set of self-attested of all the
documents to the venue of interview. 10th Certificate is used for Age
Proof. Candidate must bring at least one Address proof i.e.
PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License. Candidates are advised to bring two
extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer
generated application form) required for application form or other document
requirements. Candidate must bring Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for
seat available for reserve category. If the candidate is an employer of any
organization then it is mandatory to bring original as well as photocopy of NOC
(No Objection Certificate) with them.

Services Examination on the official website
of recommended candidates for the various posts in Group A/B for Civil Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ET & T Engineering
Services.
UPSC had released Final Result/ interview result of Indian
Engineering services based on the results of written Examination which was
conducted in month and personal interviews was conducted. UPSC had also released List of recommended candidates
for appointment to various Services / Posts in Ministries / Departments concerned
on the official website in which a total of candidates has selected on number of vacancies reported by the Govt. for Group
‘A’/’B’ posts. Union Public Service Commission has a ‘Facilitation Counter’

1st
Stage – Written Examination
The UPSC IES Exam was conducted by Pen MODE. In Pen Mode, OMR sheet was
to be filled by Blue/Black ball point pen.
The written exam was provided in
bilingual language i.e. Hindi and English.

topics i.e. General
English, General Studies, Subject Related questions. The exam was question
paper of 1000 marks in which four options were provided out of

The exam was conducted for various posts in various four category i.e. Civil Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication
